Davenport University recently appointed Bill Gagliardi as Executive Campus Director of its Midland Campus. In this role, Gagliardi will provide leadership to the campus faculty and staff, develop and implement the campus strategic plan in support of Davenport’s Vision, and build positive relations with students, the community, and strategic partners in the community, including community colleges and businesses.
“We are pleased to add a higher education professional like Bill onto the Davenport team,” said Dr. Richard Pappas, President of Davenport University. “Bill’s experience leading marketing, communications and enrollment operations in higher education and for businesses in the Great Lakes Bay region has prepared him well for this role leading our Midland Campus.”
Most recently, Gagliardi served as Associate Vice President of Marketing, Communications and Public Relations for Midland-based Northwood University. Previous roles have included Director of Branding and Public Affairs for XALT Energy, Principal of IMPACC, LLC, President of The Green Panel, LLC, and various communications, public affairs and marketing management roles at Dow Corning in Midland, Michigan, and Borden, Inc. in Columbus, Ohio.
Gagliardi earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Alma College. He has served as a board member for the Midland Community Center, Matrix:Midland, the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Great Lakes Bay Region Michigan Works!
