Davenport University was recently named a 2021 Diversity Impact Awards – Top 10 Diversity Action Award recipient.
Organizations recognized were selected based on their impact as measured by the Diversity Impact Model. This model considers a variety of areas of focus, including but not limited to organizations’ efforts behind learning and development, innovation and energy, as well as culture and inclusion.
This recognition sheds light on the unwavering commitment of Davenport and its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council to carry out our universities’ mission, continuing to advance our DEI efforts aligned with Vision 2025.
About the Diversity Impact Award:
The Association of ERGs & Councils (a practice group of PRISM International, Inc. and Talent Dimensions) annually recognizes a list of the Top 25 US Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Top 10 Enterprise-Wide ERGs, Top 10 Diversity Action and Executive Sponsor Recognition Awards. The Diversity Impact Awards™ were launched in 2020 as the next iteration of the ERG & Council Honors Award™. The ERG & Council Honors Award™ was the first and longest-running, nationally recognized award to honor the outstanding contributions and achievements of ERGs, BRGs, and Diversity Councils.
All award recipients will be recognized at The Diversity Impact Awards ceremony during the 2021 ERG & Council Conference and live-streamed by the USC Marshall School of Business Center for Effective Organizations (CEO)’s virtual ERG Leadership Summit on September 17th, 2021.
