My name is Bikky Thakuri; I am from Nepal and currently living in Amsterdam. I completed my double degree from InHolland University & Davenport University and graduated with Honors. I feel lucky to have had an opportunity to study in two different countries. Davenport is a highly reputed university and provided me a brand new life experience. It gave me an opportunity to study in a great country with incredible new outlooks, customs and people. The education system at Davenport not only helped me achieve the insightful knowledge about subjects like Finance and Accounting but it also helped in my personal development.

Activities with the Global Student Organization (GSO) at Davenport were full of opportunities to discover myself while gaining an understanding about other cultures. All the moments spent with friends at DU are unforgettable experiences, whether it was kayaking in Tallahassee, or sightseeing in Chicago.

I am currently working as Finance and Business Intelligence specialist at FashionUnited, an online B2B platform for the fashion brands worldwide. My tasks at FashionUnited include analyzing financial data and creating the platform for insightful information on Fashion industry for the professionals. Davenport University helped me to excel and take advantage of every opportunity that lies ahead of me.
