Davenport University’s employment guarantee recently gained exposure in a Forbes article that explored whether or not tuition, graduation and employment guarantees actually provide value.

Spoiler alert – employment guarantees earned the highest marks for being the “most aggressive commitments” of the three types. Translation? Employment guarantees typically provide the best value to students.

Davenport’s employment guarantee was among the first in the U.S. It is currently available to more than 1,100 students enrolled in accounting, nursing, network management and security, computer information systems and computer science programs.

Qualified graduates who are unable to find employment within six months of graduation can receive up to 48 additional tuition-free credits to help them earn an advanced degree.

The university’s goal is to provide the employment guarantee for up to a quarter of its bachelor degree programs by 2020. Find complete details about the Davenport University employment guarantee here.
